The property is located at the end of a quiet, secluded cul de sac on the Indian Ridge Community at Kissimmee, near Orlando, Florida. This is a perfect location for the Disney resorts - within 10 minutes drive. It sits on a large plot with well-maintained gardens and mature trees.

The comfortably furnished, fully air-conditioned, Non-Smoking accommodation comprises:

One well-appointed double master bedroom with Queen-size bed and TV. En-suite luxury bathroom - a door from the bathroom leads directly to the pool area via a covered passage. The bathroom contains his/hers hand-basins, a luxury whirlpool bath, large fitted wardrobe space and a large separate shower
Two twin bedrooms

The spacious and airy living/dining room is decorated to a high standard, in a quaint, olde worlde country-cottage style. It has has two twin sofas, with a matching 4-seater sofa which converts easily into a very comfortable Queen-sized bed. A dining area with large dining table and six chairs, cable TV with built-in video, multi-CD / tuner Hi-Fi unit, patio doors leading directly out to the pool.
The kitchen, with breakfast area, is equipped with a large electric range, dishwasher, garbage disposal unit, fridge/freezer with automatic ice-maker, microwave oven, coffee-maker, and all the implements necessary for feeding the family
The very large heated screened pool has a lovely patio area equipped with tables, chairs and sun-loungers. (Heating is optional at a small fixed charge, and is available on request)
A spacious air-conditioned games room is provided to keep kids (of all ages) entertained - with a pool table, darts board, TV, atari video games and bar with table and chairs. (the bar is there for you to stock !!) We have provided board games too: Chess, Checkers, Backgammon, Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit and Scrabble. There should be more than enough to keep the family / friends occupied !!
A high-capacity washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in a laundry area off the games room
A new portable gas barbecue is provided for those occasions when you feel like eating al-fresco. This is for use outside only.
Telephone - Is available in the kitchen and the Master Bedroom. Local calls are free; long distance and international calls may be made using a telephone credit-card.
All rooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning.
Shops / Restaurants etc - The '192' is a short drive to the North, and is famous for its multitude of shops, bars, restaurants, take-aways, supermarkets and entertainments - however, for hassle-free food shopping, the nearest large 'Publix' supermarket is a 5-minute drive south on rural Old Lake Wilson road near the new Champion's Gate golf course
Community amenities at Indian Ridge are available just round the corner to users of Poolside Cottage where Keys are held for them - these include tennis courts and a large swimming pool - handy if you want to let older kids have a bit of freedom away from things
We have a friendly property management company who are close-by if you need any help during your stay. They also hire cots and highchairs if required.
